Flexible Magnetic Sheeting with Self Adhesive is with all kinds of self-adhesive, Chinese adhesive or imported high quality adhesive are all available. Self-adhesive is laminated on the non-magnetic side of magnetic sheet, magnetized side with UV back coating. You can easily peel off the liner paper and laminated any printing materials on the flexible magnetic sheet.

- Materials used: Barium and Strontium Ferrite (hard ferrites) with high quality flexible plastics
- Rubber magnetic sheet is made by high quality ferrite magnet powder and thermoplastics.
- It does not contain any heavy metal or hazardous chemicals.
- It is plain brown, and produced by calendaring process.
- It can be easily folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic property of the magnet.
- It also has excellent machinability and can be easily drilled, punched, scissor cut, knives cut and die cut.
- This type of magnet has the best flexibility characteristics of any permanent magnetic materials.
- Material is available in Isotropic, Semi-anisotropic and Anisotropic grade.
- Material is available in cut sheets and rolls.
- We can die cut the material to any shapes or sizes according to your requirement.
- We make magnetization during the production upon customers’ request.
- It is usually magnetic one side with UV coating, and for the other side on which customers cover it with some surface material.
- Standard width is 60/62/100/102/120/122/127cm, thickness is from 0.3mm to 3mm.
- Standard length is 10/15/20/30/40M, meanwhile, we can make jumbo rolls too, like 200/300/400M.
